When did we feed you or give you something to drink

This time last year we were writing to Bloomsbury Baptist Church London about their invitation to the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign an anti-Semitic organisation to hold a Christmas concert at the Church. I believe a large number of letters were received by the Elders complaining about the event but non were answered. On 5th December this year Bloomsbury Baptist Church have again hosted The Palestinian Solidarity campaign christmas concert. . In addition we know that St. James Church Piccadilly hosted The Palestinian Solidarity Campaign on 26th November. One of the Carole’s sang at this event was as follows;

‘Once in royal David's city
Stood a big apartheid wall;
People entering and leaving
Had to pass a checkpoint hall.
Bethlehem was strangulated,
And her children segregated.
Though this city is a symbol
To the world of peace and love,
Concrete walls have closed around her,
Settlements expand above.
And apartheid Israel stands
All around on stolen lands.’

Some congregations and Christian groups here in the UK are this year selling Christmas cards that infer that Yeshua was a Palestinian and some are promulgating literature that calls Israel an oppressive regime and ignores the trauma that the constant barrage of Kassam rockets have on innocent Israeli's.

In Mathew 25 v 31 to 46 we read that Yeshua described a future event at which there will be a Judgement of those Nations who have persecuted Israel or simply acted with apathy or lack of concern when Israel and the Jews were being persecuted and oppressed. This Prophecy from Yeshua is in line with the words of the Prophets Zechariah Chapters 1 & 2, Joel Chapter 3 v 2, Isaiah 63 and others.

In the Prophecy in Mathew 25 Yeshua spoke very clearly about a group who He referred to as the Righteous who fed Him and gave Him something to drink, visited Him and invited Him a stranger into their homes. This group asked when did we do this and Yeshua said when you did all these things for my brothers meaning Israel -the Jews. He then praised this group. Then He spoke to a group who did none of these things and He said to them depart from Me and He cursed them.

When we hear about congregations who are apathetic to, or as Bloomsbury Baptist Church, St. James Piccadilly and other so called Christian groups such as SABEEL openly offensive towards Israel then we should try to understand how serious their actions are.

We are not their Judge, and their Judgement is not for now. However Yeshua and the Prophets made this understanding known to us in order to warn us as to how we should conduct ourselves towards Israel in whom every believer is grafted. Romans 11.

Church history proves that without Christendom the Crusades, Inquisition and Holocaust could not have taken place. The “Church” should be in a place of repentance and not compounding the dreadful atrocities we committed in the past against the Jews.

So if you find yourselves involved in any celebrations that condemn Israel or you receive a card that is offensive towards that Nation then remember the words of Yeshua and the coming judgement.

Shocking from a church. Obviously someone there has a real problem with Israel.
