Global jihadists are said to be posing a threat to Hamas in Gaza. Nato is pursuing similar Islamofascists in Afghanistan and Pakistan, but if the Israel Defence Force took military action against them to protect its citizens no doubt the media would be critical of IDF actions. It is time journalists, politicians and people took off their bigotted blinkers and realised where the real evil lies.

I have just read a disturbing report from Out of Zion Ministries about a Holocaust survivor’s account of the rise of anti-Semitism in Malmo, Sweden. After six decades of kindness, Judith Popinski, aged 86, is distressed by a wave of persecution, starting with an arson attack on a Jewish community centre, desecration of Jewish cemeteries, abuse of Jewish worshippers, and chants of “Hitler” by masked men in streets.

"I never thought I would see this hatred again in my lifetime, not in Sweden anyway," Mrs Popinski told the media. "This new hatred comes from Muslim immigrants. The Jewish people are afraid now."
Ilmar Reepalu, Malmo’s Left-wing mayor who is blamed for lax policing, says what the Jews perceive as naked anti-Semitism is in fact just a sad, but understandable consequence of Israeli policy in the Middle East. His Jewish critics say this attitude encourages young Muslim hotheads to abuse and harass them. They claim around 30 Jewish families have left for Malmo for Stockholm, England or Israel, and more are preparing to go following the rise in the Mulsim population.

Mrs Popinski, a widow, said she has even encountered hostility talking about the Holocaust in schools. "Muslim schoolchildren often ignore me now when I talk about my experiences in the camps," she said. "It is because of what their parents tell them about Jews. The hatreds of the Middle East have come to Malmo. Schools in Muslim areas of the city simply won't invite Holocaust survivors to speak any more."
Hate crimes, mainly against Jews, doubled last year with Malmo's police recording 79 incidents and admitting that far more probably went unreported. The city's synagogue and Jewish kindergarten have had to installspecial security features.
During last year’s Gaza conflict a screaming mob of Arabs and Swedish Leftists threw bottles and firecrackers at a small demonstration in favour of Israel as the police looked on. "I haven't seen hatred like that for decades," Mrs Popinski said. "It reminded me of what I saw in my youth. Jews feel vulnerable here now."

For a so-called man of God to spread such evil as Stephen Sizer does, and I speak from first hand experience, not hearsay, is truly blasphemous.

As soon as one or two people suggest carrying out anti-semitic actions like these, there seems to be a "herd mentality". Others join in without thinking whether or not it's right to do so and before you know it, there's a large herd of "sheep" all blindly following on.

People need to weigh up what is being said and done regarding Israel and Christians in particular need to carefully check whether or not it agrees with Scripture. Sadly, in many cases, their voices echo loudest of all against Jews and their God-given land.
