30 people were killed at a United Nations School in Jebaliya Gaza by tank shells fired by IDF troops seeking out HAMAS terrorists firing rockets at Israeli troops. The IDF have issued a statement which has been confirmed by Palestinian eye witness reports stating that militants were firing mortars from a location outside the school and that two HAMAS terorists Imad Abu Askar and Hasan Abu Askar were killed in the tank Assault on the area. It is common practice for terrorists based in Gaza to use civilians and civilian locations as shields as they fire rockets at Israeli communities.
